Fairly level terrain facing east with paved driveway.
Step up a couple of steps to front porch. Enter front door into open living room,
dining area and kitchen with electric appliances. Dining area and kitchen are to
the left of entrance. Pass through living room to hallway. Bath is on the right
with single sink and tub/shower. Bedroom with bunk bed is across hall from bath.
End of hallway on left is bedroom with queen bed. To the right is master bedroom
with queen bed and attached bath with single sink and shower. Off dining area is
door to garage with washer/dryer and access to back deck area. Simple decor with
touches of mountain country charm at every turn. This cabin is ideal for smaller
families especially if you prefer or require a one story environment. Fairly flat
terrain and few steps makes this vacation property a good environment for small
children and seniors. Good use of cozy square footage with nice deck in back and
user friendly porch in front; both inviting you to relax and enjoy the quiet sounds
of the forest or the joyful sounds of family and friends having a good time.
Directions:
Enter Lake Almanor Country Club at Clifford Gate, at the stop sign at the bottom
of the hill turn left on Golf Club Road, bear right at fire station and follow onto
Lakeridge Road. Home is on the right 1.5 miles from Clifford Gate entrance.
