Layout & Description:
Downslope facing southwest, 14 steps down paved driveway to decking. Driveway is steep and down from street level with ample parking. Lakeviews from living room, kitchen, loft and deck. Follow decking left of cabin to front door. Enter into informal entryway, bathroom with shower to immediate right. Living room with new carpet in 2004 features natural wood paneling, wood stove, TV, VCR, and stereo, sliders to back deck, lakeviews and is open to dining area and U-shaped kitchen with electric range. Laundry room is across hall from kitchen with access to downstairs bathroom. Down hallway is left front corner and right front corner bedrooms both with queen beds. Stairway access from living room up to loft area with twin trundle bed, built-in desk, and telescope. Master bedroom down short hallway to the right with queen bed. Master bathroom is large with single sink and tub/shower. Steps off back deck down to grassy area with natural vegetation and some landscaping. Dock and buoy are accessed down 10-12 iron steps from backyard. Deck across back of home with BBQ, patio furniture, privacy and lovely lakeviews.
Directions:
Highway 36 to A-13, turn right on Peninsula Drive. Cabin on left .6 miles. Alternate route, Highway 36 to A-13, turn right on Clifford Drive, left on Big Cove Road, left on Peninsula Drive and pass through Peninsula Village area cabin is on right.
