and cupboards. The deck has nice lakeviews and BBQ for your enjoyment. Stair access from
deck down 17 steps to grassy area and walkway to beach and boat slips. Great location for
water activities, close to marinas, and shopping at Peninsula Market who offers specialty
grocery items.
Directions:
From Highway 36 to A-13, right on Clifford Drive, left on Big Cove Road, left on
Peninsula Drive. Follow less than 1 mile to condos on the right. There are three
buildings of condos forming an open U-shape with the parking area in the middle.
The Cook Condo is located behind and to the left in the third building.
