Layout & Description:
Level terrain property facing south, set back deep on lot with gravel driveway and
plenty of room for parking. From the covered entrance to door, enter into kitchen
with tiled counters, dining table and electric range. Kitchen open to paneled beamed
ceiling living room with taupe carpet featuring fireplace, wood stove, TV, lots of
seating including double sleeper, plenty of windows and sliding doors off both sides
of living room to deck. To the right of living room at the top of 3 steps, is bathroom
with single sink and double head shower. To the right is the master bedroom with king
bed and dresser. Left down hall and on the right is laundry room with door to outside.
Continuing down the hall is another bathroom with single sink and tub/shower. End of
hall is back corner bedroom with 2 twin beds. Left down 3 steps, back in living room,
door on right into third bedroom with 2 twin beds and ladder to empty loft. Great
location for kids. Older cabin with large deck that wraps around front of home with
good afternoon sun and large redwood table for deck dining. Walk across the street
to Country Club Recreation Area 1 for beach, children’s play equipment, basketball
hoops, tennis, or a concert at the band shell.
Directions:
Enter Lake Almanor Country Club at Clifford Gate, follow to stop sign at bottom of hill,
left onto Golf Club Road and follow around past fire station, left on Peninsula Drive.
The cabin will be the third house on the left 1.4 miles from gate. Or enter Lake Almanor
Country Club at Peninsula Gate and follow 2.8 miles to cabin on the right.
