Almanor Properties came into existence in May of 1978, when Owner /Broker Dennis Mason purchased a a commercial building on Peninsula Dr. In 1989 Almanor Properties moved to 313 Peninsula Drive, also known as the old US Post Office. October 2015 Almanor Properties, Inc. will move to our new location at 499 Peninsula Drive the Coldwell Banker Kehr/O’Brien Real Estate office. Coldwell Banker Kehr/O’Brien Real Estate has 3 offices to serve our clients, in Lake Almanor, Chester and Lake Almanor West.  Dennis will handle the property sales with Coldwell Banker Kehr/O’Brien Real Estate and property management with Almanor Properties Inc.which includes our vacation rentals.  Our office offers a convenient location in the heart of the Lake Almanor Peninsula with beautiful scenery for an enjoyable experience.
